Our fundamental goal at Experienced Associates is to improve lives and at the same time make the game of recruitment work better.


We believe that the true measure of a "best place to work" is a low turnover rate. After all, employers who retain their people must be doing something right – benefits, culture, pay, treating people well, etc. When it all ads up, employees don't want to leave.


At the same time, we recognize there are barriers to growth at these great employers within the transportation and healthcare industries. An aging U.S. population, among other factors, is making it continually difficult for these great employers to fill the void left by retirees. That's where we come in.

Experienced Associates was founded to provide excellent long-term jobs to skilled, experienced, and thoroughly screened professionals who speak fluent English and want to live and work in the United States permanently through immigration. These professionals are the reason we only work with employers we determine to be the "best of the best." When they're uprooting their lives with the goal of bettering themselves and future generations, they deserve the best. They deserve to know that where they end up truly is going to be better than where they came from.​

We have roots in the transportation industry – our professional truck driver immigration pilot program launched with Schneider National in 2006 – but we've since expanded to work with diesel mechanics, agricultural equipment operators, nurses, and interns in the hospitality sector. Where we go next remains to be seen.
