Program Requirements

Education

We require all nurses to have graduated from a SANC-approved nursing education program. Registered nurses must have a bachelor's degree in nursing or a 4-year diploma/bridging course. Enrolled nurses need to have a 2-year diploma.

South African Citizenship

Due to government regulations, we are currently only able to work with nurses who were born in South Africa. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future.

English Language Proficiency

While we do not require a formal test, your English language skills will be assessed for fluency by our team in the United States.

Relocation

You will be matched with a carrier that we deem a fit for your skills and experience. You will be required to relocate to the U.S. for at least three years, but the goal is citizenship.

Program Details

The goal of the Experienced Associates EB-3 Visa Program is to create a path to U.S. citizenship for nurses and their immediate family members by providing employment as a professional nurse in the United States.
