International Semi and Tanker Truck Drivers

Program Requirements
Experience
We require 7 years of verifiable Code 14 driving experience. Proof will be required in the form of a license, CV, and by reaching out to past employers.
Citizenship
Due to government regulations, we are currently only able to work with international drivers who have a PrDP.
English Language Proficiency
While we do not require a formal test, your English language skills will be assessed for fluency by our team in the United States.
Relocation
You will be matched with a carrier that we deem a fit for your skills and experience. You will be required to relocate to the U.S. for at least three years, but the goal is citizenship.
Program Details
The goal of the Experienced Associates EB-3 Visa Program is to create a path to U.S. citizenship for Code 14 truck drivers and their immediate family members by providing employment as a professional CDL truck driver in the United States.
Experienced Associates only partners with the country's best transportation carriers – ones with turnover rates below 30%. We believe that low turnover is the best indicator of a GOOD carrier – when employees stay, the company is doing something right. That usually means great pay, top benefits, life balance, and employees being treated well.
